This album was written with my Mom in mind. She sang this song with me as we both knew she would pass and in two months she did. The first verse is what hit me. Written four years before the diagnosis. The other two songs with my thought of her are The day john denver died and Seasons. The other verses just summations of our lives with drinking and playing in the band.
lyrics
Love ones come and love ones go, how much love did you show
ANGER AND WORDS they faaaaaaaade, But love and Memories they will last every day after day after day
Sir tell me are you ready, I'm going to pour you another Heady (topper 8%)
I don't care what you thiiiiiink, I just need you to know
that I need a drink every day after day after day.
You may not - understand, Unless your part of the band
We may not act too prooooouuuud, I can't guarantee we might play a little loud -- Every day after day after day!
